The newly formed coalition, Development Without Displacement (DWD) is focused on ensuring the timely and focused implementation of housing preservation and development combined with displacement interventions and mitigation strategies and tactics. We recommend several budgetary and non-budgetary actions. The attached report is primarily a summary of research previously conducted including noteworthy trends and data points.
